– Billing for platform use and other products/services. When you or your organization purchase one of the Snypto platform plans (Standard, Business, and Enterprise), we process your personal data to facilitate the transaction and payment for our services.

– Responding to your inquiries, compliments, complaints, suggestions, and communication with you. When you contact us through our website, phone, email, Help Center, Ideas, customer service sites, or any other communication channel, we process your personal data to communicate with you, respond to your inquiries, compliments, complaints, or suggestions, and address any messages you have sent us, including technical issues related to the use of our site, the Snypto platform, or any other solutions offered by Snypto.

– Promoting our activities. We process your personal data to send you our newsletter, invitations to events hosted by the Platform and/or partner companies, as well as updates about our services, surveys, studies, news, podcasts, videos, promotions, new solutions, or any other content or materials we produce to promote our activities.

– Receiving referrals from third parties. We process your personal data when we receive referrals from third parties about your potential interest, or the potential interest of your organization, in contracting our products or services, allowing us to contact you later to present our solutions.

In situations where we act as a Data Processor, contracted by companies with which you have a relationship, it is the duty of the respective companies to respond to your requests for the rights mentioned above. If you send your request to Snypto, we will indicate who is the Data Controller for your personal data in that processing activity and forward your request to that organization. Considering that in these cases we only perform processing activities on behalf of the respective Controllers, we will be unable to fulfill your requests without the express authorization of the respective Controllers.
